About Cater 2 You Youth Haven

Marie Minor is a multifaceted leader and community advocate whose work reflects a lifelong commitment to supporting youth and families. As the Owner, Founder, and CEO of Cater 2 You Youth Haven, she combines compassion, leadership, and strong business acumen to create programs that provide safety, stability, and opportunity for vulnerable teens.

For more than a decade, Marie served as a therapeutic foster parent, opening her home to teen girls and LGBTQ youth and providing a nurturing, structured environment where they could feel secure, supported, and empowered to grow. Her experience also extends into education, where she worked as an on-call substitute teacher, guiding and mentoring students from diverse backgrounds.

In addition to her direct service work, Marie has built a solid reputation as an entrepreneur and organizational leader. As the owner of Cater 2 You Events, she successfully managed large-scale planning, operations, and client relations, demonstrating strong business management, strategic planning, and leadership skills. She also played a key role in overseeing operations at JumpStart Learning Center, helping ensure high-quality programming and positive learning experiences for children and families.

Committed to continuous growth, Marie is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Services with a concentration in Psychology, further strengthening her ability to lead, support, and advocate for those she serves. Through her vision, entrepreneurial strength, and deep-rooted passion for community impact, she continues to expand opportunities for youth, working to change lives and build brighter futures one day at a time.

Masiyah German holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and has built a strong background in community advocacy, mentorship, and legal support. 

She gained hands-on experience through internships in both law enforcement and legal advocacy settings, where she built strong skills in communication, community engagement, and client support. She has also mentored high school students in college preparation, participated in civic leadership initiatives, and volunteered in programs that support the educational advancement of incarcerated and formerly incarcerated individuals. With her diverse professional background, global study-abroad exposure, and strong commitment to community service, she serves as Co-Founder and Director of Programs at Cater 2 You Youth Haven.

 Sharee, a case manager for juvenile and adult probation from Philadelphia, is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young individuals. In addition to her professional work, she finds great joy in being a devoted mother and spending quality time with her loved ones. Sharee also shares a strong bond with her identical twin sister, which further strengthens her sense of connection and support.
